YH-BT polycarboxylic acid slump protector is a polymer developed by our company, which does not contain any harmful substances. It is currently a popular environmentally friendly slump protector product in China. The product has stable performance, long-term storage without layering, no precipitation, and good slump retention performance. It is suitable for preparing high durability, high flow, high strength pumped concrete with polycarboxylic acid high efficiency water reducing agent and for plain concrete projects with high appearance requirements.
Uniformity index
*Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid
*Solid content: 40%
*Density: 1.09-1.10g/cm3
*Alkali content: < 0.5%
*It does not contain chloride ions and does not corrode steel bars.
performance index
*The dosage is low, usually ranging from 0.1% to 0.4% of the amount of adhesive material used.
*This product has low air content and short setting time, which can accelerate the turnover of engineering molds.
*It has good compatibility with polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents currently produced in China. When the ratio of slump retention agent to polycarboxylic acid is 2:8, the slump is basically not lost within 2 hours.
*Concrete has good cohesion, no segregation, no bleeding, and is easy to pump for construction.
*The application range is very wide, suitable for preparing concrete with different performance requirements, especially suitable for small slump retention required by construction sites.
*It can effectively control the early hydration of cement in concrete, making it suitable for preparing large volume concrete, especially for preparing high volume fly ash and slag concrete.
Convenient methods
*The dosage used (by weight) is 0.1% to 0.4% of the amount of cementitious materials used. At the same solid content, it is recommended to mix a ratio of 1:9 to 2:8 between slump retaining agent and polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent according to the actual local building material situation.
*This product cannot be mixed with naphthalene series water reducing agents. When used with other types of additives, concrete compatibility tests should be conducted in advance.
*Curing: After the concrete sets, it should be immediately covered and moisturized for curing. During winter construction, surface protection measures should be taken to prevent the concrete surface from freezing.
